Zophy Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are considering a return because a jump ring has detached from the clasp, please first review our specific information regarding the jump rings we use here.

Note on Jump Rings: We do not accept returns for jump rings that have come apart. However, if your jump ring has been lost, please contact our team at info@zophy.co.uk, and we will do our best to assist you with getting a replacement fitted.


How to Start a Return

To request a return or an exchange, please submit your formal request via our portal here.

  • Timeframe: You have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Postage: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The only exception is if an error was made on our part (e.g., the wrong item was dispatched).

  • Shipping Requirements: We strictly require that you use a tracked service and retain proof of weight for your return parcel.


Inspection and Refund Process

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.

  • Original Condition: All items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible. This includes the product(s) and all original Zophy packaging.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not refund the original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item:

  • Shows signs of wear or damage (scratches, intentional breakage, or water damage).

  • Carries a strong odour (e.g., perfume or smoke).

  • Is missing its original packaging.

Important: If an item is refused during inspection, it can be shipped back to you at your own expense.


Exchange Policy

To ensure a smooth process, we only allow one exchange per item. Please ensure you are certain about your preferred replacement item before committing to the exchange.
